At Kyte Baby, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on unwashed, unworn items in original packaging within 45 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Select Items and Reason

  Choose the specific bamboo items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the return to help us improve.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and attach the label to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
